Your First-Quarter Probationary Period

In accordance with the policy of the DePaul Office of Student Employment, your first quarter is an introductory/probationary period for employment. You must be in Good Standing at the end of this probationary period in order to continue working beyond your first quarter. Your first-quarter probationary period allows you to get onboarded, learn how to work as a peer writing tutor, and become well acquainted with what is expected of you. It is our hope that any and all new employees will have the necessary support and guidance to complete their probationary period in Good Standing.
