For each quarter you work for us, you will check in with an assigned administrator to discuss your ongoing professional development as a tutor and employee.
During your last quarter at the Writing Center, your check-in meeting will also include an exit interview.

Leadership Reflections🏁 Your Final Quarter
For your final quarter of employment at the Writing Center, you complete a quarterly SMART Goal as usual, and you also include a holistic reflection letter on your experience at the Writing Center instead of tutoring reflections. Identified based on the information you submit to the Writing Center regarding your employment plans, tutors completing their final quarter at the Writing Center will be invited to use the Writing Center Quarterly Check-in: Exit Interview template in Digication.
Final Professional Development Check-In & Exit Interview📜 What We’ll Cover
During these check-in meetings, you and an administrator will discuss
- Your completed and documented quarterly goal
- Your completed quarterly tutoring reflections
- Potential next steps/future plans for your work at the writing center
- Any questions you have about your work
- Other relevant topics
